Please Note - Box Displays Ltd are a Trade Only Supplier.

Paying for your items -

Please note our prices exclude vat at 20%, this is added at checkout.

Box Displays Ltd accepts most credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Delta. Our on-line payment processing system is via WorldPay, one of the world’s largest credit card processing companies. When you place your order you will be directed to the Worldpay secure server, their software encrypts all your personal information – including card number, name and address. This encryption process takes all the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code, which can then be safely transmitted over the internet. At no time are your details held in clear text on any website and no-one sees your credit card number not even us!

You can also make credit and debit card payments via Paypal, again another online secure payment system. To use this method you either must be registered with Paypal or you will have to register with them before payments can be made.

Credit and debit card orders can be made on-line or by telephone on 028 777 22522 or by faxing your details to 028 777 29822.

For UK buyers cheques and postal orders are also accepted, made payable to Box Displays Ltd. Please post to - Box Displays, Ltd Unit 2, Limavady Business Park, 89B Dowland Road, Limavady, Co. L’Derry. BT49 0HR. Please note if paying by cheque this will require up to 7 working days to clear before items are sent, should you want us to send you goods immediately then please pay by credit or debit card or postal order.

Box Displays reserves the right to decline any orders that do not pass the Address Verification System. If this happens customers may be asked to submit a recent bank statement or personal utility bill to confirm the name address and postcode submitted as their invoice address. This information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.

Delivery -

Box Displays Ltd will endeavour to dispatch all in stock items within 24 hours of receiving an order, providing full payment has been received and cleared. If an order is placed and paid before 1.00 p/m will we endeavour to dispatch the same day. Please note this excludes Saturdays and Sundays.
Standard Delivery Rates are straight forward - all UK orders will be charged at £6.95 per order (excludes Highlands & Islands, Isle Of Man, Channel Islands etc) & Ireland £7.95 per order. For Intenational buyers please contact us for a shipping quote first.

24 HOUR DELIVERY TERMS

1. Orders must be placed & payment cleared by 1.00 pm on the dispatch day.

2. Orders will be sent via DHL or DPD 24hr Service (97+% sucess rate).

3. Friday orders will be delivered on the following Monday.

4. Highands & Islands etc are excluded.

Privacy Policy -

We will not divulge any of your personal information to anyone. We promise to only use the information you give us to process your orders--and to safeguard it during that process.
If you are a member of our email mail list, we will send you information via email about once a month regarding new offerings or private sales for mail list members only. When you sign up for our mail list, the right to use your email address to send email to you is implied.

We value you as our customer, and appreciate the trust you demonstrate in us when you share your information with us. We promise to keep your information secure and secret.

Disclaimer -

Should there be an error in the description or price of goods on the website, Box Displays reserves the right to supply goods at the correct price. You will be notified by e-mail before any order is processed. Due to the proliferation of credit card fraud on the internet Box Displays reserve the right to decline any order.
Box Displays has made every effort to display the jewellery as accurately as possible. Most products will have been described with sizes, lengths and accurate colour options. However, please be aware that colours and images vary slightly due to the photo’s and also the monitor they are viewed on.

Please Note - To emphasize the detail on our products some are shown larger than the actual size.

Returns -

Box Displays Ltd carefully inspects its stock before it is dispatched to ensure maximum quality control.  DAMAGES OR SHORTAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 48 HRS OF RECEIPT OF ORDER. if something is damaged we do operate a simple returns policy: If any item is not quite up to standards then just notify us by email (stating reason for return) within 48 hours of receipt. When the item is received back we will then issue you with either a refund or allow you to exchange the item for something else instead.
PLEASE NOTE IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY THE POSTAGE COSTS FOR RETURNING ITEMS.

Should you wish to return goods that are perfect, again you must notify us by email (stating reason for return) within 48 hours of receipt. Please note these returns will be subject to a restocking fee of £5.00 plus 15% of the order value & the customers are responsible for all postage costs & original postage costs are not refunded. Items must be in original packaging & not assembled otherwise the return will not be processed & the buyer will be required to pay for the item to be returned to them.

• WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR OFFER REFUNDS ON ANY ITEMS THAT ARE PURCHASED IN OUR CLEARANCE SECTION.
•  No refunds/exchanges are available on earrings or body jewellery for hygenic reasons.
• Please ensure you notify us first before any items are returned, all items must be returned in the exact condition they were sent including gift boxes, receipts/invoices must also be returned to provide proof of purchase.
